Growing up for most of his life in Calgary, Manny is no stranger to this beautiful city called home. At the age of 27, having owned/run 3 businesses over the last 15 years, Manny embodies the definition of providing above and beyond customer service that exceeds client expectation. “I believe that it is important to get off on the right foot straight from the start. I’ve learned over the years that it is never about the product, but it is always about that relationship. My goal is to build a foundation of integrity and trust by putting myself in your shoes to understand what it is that YOU want, and from there I will take care of the rest”.
Being half Persian half Filipino, Manny possesses an array of education and experience. His love for learning never stops. After completing his degree in Computer Information Systems from Mount Royal University, Manny decided to pursue his love for food by becoming a chef at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Once he graduated, he decided to pursue another goal on his checklist: to become a Real Estate Agent. Within 6 months, Manny received his qualifications and license in not only Residential Real Estate, but also Commercial Real Estate and Property Management.
In his spare time, Manny enjoys partaking in a wide variety of activities. Whether it’s volunteering for Culinary events at SAIT, or being part of the RE/MAX Children's Miracle Network Committee, Manny always finds time to give back. “I am a firm believer that it is all of our responsibility to give back to our communities. We rise by lifting each other up and improving the lives of people around us. I strive to leave a legacy behind for others to follow in hopes that one day the next generation can pass it on and do the same to others.”
Along with volunteering, Manny loves staying active. From playing soccer to working out, one of his many passions is to cook delicious feasts. With his extensive culinary background and experience in the Hospitality and Management industry, Manny loves nothing more than to enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by great music and amazing company.
