I started my Real Estate Agent career in May of 2009 in Red Deer, Alberta. My initial clients were a young couple purchasing their first home. Instantly I knew I had made the best choice for my lifelong profession. Sharing their delight in finding everything they were looking for was exhilarating. I was so overjoyed for them and thankful to be chosen to participate in the experience. That Fall I got married and moved to Airdrie to be with my husband. By October 2010, I had expanded my real estate career to the Airdrie/Calgary markets while continuing to actively work in the Central Alberta communities like Red Deer.
As first-time home buyers have made up the core of my clients, I have comprehensive experience working with first-time buyers and navigating them through the experience. I pride myself on anticipating their needs and educating each client about the process and everything that is involved with their transaction. As my career grows I have also discovered the joys of serving people throughout various stages of their lives ie. first-time sellers, investors looking for their next project and those who are needing a change of space via upgrading or downsizing.
I continue to believe being a REALTOR is rewarding, challenging and exciting. In the last 12+ years of working in real estate, I have grown extensively along the way as a professional and an individual; to make myself a better and more effective real estate agent for my clients as the market evolves. I aim to stay updated and on top of industry trends, emerging technologies real estate laws and regulations and new negotiating tactics. In addition, I manage and maintain unique and thorough knowledge of a number of neighbourhoods not just in Calgary but in many communities throughout Central Alberta. I recognize my clients' trust in me, and I strive to exceed their expectations every day.
When I am not actively helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, you can find me spending time outside exploring our beautiful Alberta parks with my husband, Miles, and our dog, Riddick. OR being the best aunty I can be to my niece Emma and nephew Eoin.
