Simon Choi is from Seoul, South Korea but has been in Calgary since 2003. He is both a residential and a commercial real estate agent.
For his first 5 years he focused on residential real estate, but after really listening to his clients he found that about 20% of them also needed help with commercial properties as well. Simon decided that he wanted to expand into commercial real estate and is still enjoying it.
He works most often with retail properties and with the local Korean community and has been doing so for 13 years now. His favourite things include golfing, fishing and hiking explorations in Kananaskis.
