Along with my business partner & wife, Sharon, we have been in the Real Estate industry
for over 50 years. In those years we have seen many changes take place and many Real
Estate companies come and go. When I was given the chance to manage the Commercial
offices for RE/MAX in both Calgary and Red Deer in 2018 I jumped at the opportunity.
By the end of 2019 my Calgary team finished #4 in Western Canada. I’ve had a fulfilling
career in real estate and have been acknowledged for the passion I have for this industry
with various achievement awards.
In January of 2020 I made the decision to purchase RE/MAX Complete Realty. At the
time it was a struggling office with only 22 agents. Having built and sold successful real
estate offices in Calgary previously, I knew I was up for the challenge of growing a
productive office that makes a difference.
At RE/MAX Complete Realty we are building an office that cares about it’s agents and
their well being. We moved to a beautiful office that has the space and resources our
agents need to thrive. Through the trials 2020 has handed us all, we have chosen to
listen to and support our agents in all the ways that we can. The response and growth of
the agency during this has shown us that this is something agents in Calgary are looking
for and we are happy to offer that time and time again.
RE/MAX Complete Realty is a warm and welcoming office that wants to see it’s agents
come into the office. We hold weekly meetings in the office, agents can choose to join us
virtually or in person. After every sales meeting I get behind the grill and BBQ lunch for
our agents.
My goal for this office is to offer an environment that is friendly, and
welcoming to all of our agents and to provide an atmosphere where agents want to come
to; whether it’s to learn, connect with other agents, or simply to work and interact in a
stress free environment.
