At RE/MAX Complete Realty we work together as much as we work independently. We take every opportunity we can to meet, discuss with, and help our agents grow. We hold weekly meetings to keep connected with our agents and discuss their properties, the market, and what they're clients are looking for. We hold value on continuing to learn. There are various opportunities at our office for agents to sit in on training and seminars so we can continue to grow and adapt as the industry changes.
REGULAR MEETINGS & TRAINING
1. FULL SERVICE OFFICE
Our office offers various resources from conveyancing, training, and onsite advisors. The office has a client room, conference room, and a social room space so our agents have the spaces they need when they need them.
2. REGULAR MEETINGS & TRAINING
We host open meetings that are agent driven. This ranges anywhere from breaking down challenging properties and deals, social media & marketing guidance, comprehension of RE/MAX Resources, Residential & Commercial specific sales training.
3. SENSE OF COMMUNITY
Part of what makes our office run the way it does is our goal of staying connected with our team. We have weekly lunch BBQ's to wrap up meetings, holiday inspired gatherings, pot lucks, annual awards ceremonies, and regular social functions and community events.

One of the many things that makes our office unique is that we have a designated Commercial Division, The Complete Commercial Group, made up of experienced agents who have dedicated much of their careers to commercial real estate. This team continues to grow through;
Many of our seasoned commercial agents have taken on agents that are either looking to make the switch from residential to commercial as well as agents BRAND NEW to the industry. Commercial real estate is a different ball game and our agents know how to work together to ensure one another succeeds.

We hold regular training sessions, partake in various webinars and networking events, our agents are consistently showing up and staying active and current with what is going on in the Calgary & area commercial market.
